Job summary

Fort Worth ISD seeks a Coordinator IV for Career Pathways and Industry-Based Certifications to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of district pathways aligned with CCMR priorities.

You will coordinate campuses, support certifications, deliver professional learning, monitor outcomes, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with PEIMS and Perkins requirements. This grant-funded role requires collaboration with counselors, teachers, and central offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with CCMR indicators and Outcomes-Based Funding (OBF).
• Strong data literacy and reporting with district systems.
• Experience in secondary education and career pathways.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the implementation of district-aligned Career Pathways and Programs of Study across secondary campuses.
• Coordinates with campuses to align coursework, work-based learning, and Industry-Based Certifications.
• Designs and delivers professional learning aligned to Career Pathways and Certifications.
• Monitors CCMR indicators and data reporting to improve outcomes at scale.
• Maintains records and supports compliance with PEIMS and Perkins requirements.
• Communicates with district and campus leadership regarding program implementation and progress.
