Qualifications

• Experience conducting interviews and documenting information.
• Experience assisting emotional, difficult or confrontational people from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience determining and explaining eligibility for programs and services.
• Experience preparing professional written communication including letters and correspondence.
• Experience using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preference may be given to bilingual Spanish/English applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide employment and training services including job listings, recruiting and placement.
• Coordinate case management, referrals, assessments and participant selections.
• Coach on career opportunities and pathways.
• Negotiate on‑the‑job training and classroom training contracts.
• Monitor contracts, enrolments and performance goals.
