Job summary

Community Council Of Idaho seeks an Experienced professional to oversee Employment & Training programs in Twin Falls, ID. This full-time, on-site role focuses on recruitment plan design, client enrollment, and coordinating services with partner agencies to help participants reach their goals.

Responsibilities include eligibility testing, maintaining client files, and reporting to the E&T Manager. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish ability, a HS diploma or GED, and willingness to

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required with experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish in a business setting.
• Experience working with migrant and seasonal farmworker populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate a recruitment plan to recruit clients annually based on approved grant.
• Recruit potential clients for enrollment in CC IDAHO’s Employment & Training programs.
• Test, interview and ensure clients qualify and meet all the requirements for participation.
• Enroll clients and assist them in setting goals and plans in education and employment.
• Collaborate with other agencies and refer clients to services available.
• Advocate for low-income and migrant workers; conduct Heat Stress Prevention training.
• Maintain client files, reports, and databases and prepare monthly reports.
