College of Western Idaho is seeking a Work-Based Learning Center Coordinator to lead initiatives that support underserved students, retention, and career readiness. You will design programs, coordinate events, and connect learners with campus and community resources to promote successful transitions into the workforce.

The role emphasizes data-driven impact, collaboration across campus, and travel between locations within Idaho to deliver programming and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, including two years working directly with students or clients.
• Strong cross-cultural interpersonal and writing skills, including public speaking and representing the college to diverse populations.
• Experience with database systems, online learning software, presentation software, or Office suites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted programs and events aligned with grant funding and institutional goals.
• Organize events to promote student retention and pathways to gainful employment.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on program participation, outcomes, and impact.
• Engage and support students through one-on-one work, internships, and career exploration resources.
