Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Career Navigator to guide participants toward education and employment opportunities across Indiana communities. You will assess needs, connect clients with resources, coordinate with SNAP E&T and other programs, and maintain records with care, while upholding grant-funded project goals and compliance.

• Degree and Credential Requirements - NONE; we value capability and professional development.
• Industry Expertise - experience helping people with development plans tied to education, employment, and finances.

• Communication Skills - articulate ideas effectively across in person, written, and digital formats.
• Technical Knowledge - working knowledge of G Suite, MS Office, and ICC; ETO knowledge is a plus.

• Assesses participants to determine support needs and connects them to services.
• Coaches participants to set educational and employment goals with follow-up.
• Delivers job readiness training in individual or small group settings; tracks labor market trends.
• Develops relationships with community partners to expand support services.
• Collaborates with mission program teams to coordinate services for participants.
• Maintains participant records and generates reports across multiple systems.
• Contributes to program evaluation and continuous improvement.
