Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group is hiring for a role based at the Indianapolis corporate office. The position supports GoodwillNext education and certification initiatives, guiding participants from high school completion toward sustainable careers while coordinating with SNAP E&T and related programs.

The role involves delivering job readiness training, connecting participants with resources, and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong communication across verbal, written, and digital channels.
• Shows initiative, ownership, and accountability in project work.
• Experience collaborating with community partners and service teams.
• Familiarity with data tracking, reporting, and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Implements and adheres to all components of the GoodwillNext program, including job readiness, training, work experience, employment, retention, and partnerships.
• assesses participants to determine support needs and connects them to services.
• Coaches participants to set and achieve education and employment goals with follow-up.
• Organizes and delivers job readiness preparation in individual or small group settings.
• Develops and maintains relationships with community partners to expand support services.
• Coordinates cross-program services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
• Maintains participant records and generates reports across reporting systems.
