Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in education, business, or a social services related field; associate degree accepted.
• Minimum 1 year experience with clients in employment counseling, placement, education, or human services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client caseloads and support resume building, job applications, interviewing, and employment-related soft skills.
• Develop individualized career plans with short and long-term goals and track goal progress.
• Coordinate with social services professionals to deliver services and support client employment stability.
• Maintain confidential client records and proper data entry in ECM.
