Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years in business development, job placement, workforce development, recruiting, or related fields.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and communities.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic database tracking.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and attend events, with valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with local employers to secure job leads and work-based learning opportunities.
• Engage employers to assess workforce needs and present tailored solutions.
• Attend events, job fairs, and meetings to expand partnerships and stay aware of local labor trends.
• Advocate for diverse, underrepresented groups and promote equitable employment opportunities.
• Match participants to opportunities based on skills, interests, and readiness.
• Provide job-search support, resume help, interview prep, and coaching to clients.
• Collaborate with internal programs to reach placement goals and share feedback.
• Maintain accurate employer and candidate records and report key metrics monthly.
