You will focus on individualized employment planning, credentialing opportunities, and job placement support within a collaborative network of employers and training providers.

The role involves data entry, progress tracking, and active community outreach to strengthen employment opportunities for Urban American Indian communities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of workforce development, employment services, career pathways, training programs, and job placement practices.
• Knowledge of case management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of credentialing, certifications, and workforce training opportunities.
• Ability to develop and maintain Individual Employment Plans and establish measurable participant goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct participant intake, assessment, orientation, and ongoing case management services.
• Coordinate and support group training opportunities leading to credentials and certifications.
• Provide individualized job search and employment assistance, including resume development and interview prep.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and community partners to identify opportunities.
• Monitor progress toward employment goals and document performance measures.
