Job summary

The Career Navigator at Goodwill Dallas serves as the primary guide for participants through Phase II, providing coaching, career planning, and linkages to training and employment opportunities. You will build trusting relationships to promote ownership, resilience, and career success while coordinating services and documenting progress in Case Worthy.

This role requires bilingual capability in English and Spanish, 2+ years in workforce development or coaching, and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Career coaching and planning for participants to progress through the program.
Maintain an active caseload of 30-50 participants and track progress.
Coordinate enrollment into training, workshops, and career readiness activities.
Document coaching sessions and milestones in Case Worthy and ensure compliance.
Prepare participants for transitions to employment with a holistic, person-centered approach.
