Qualifications

• Two years of experience in career advisement and development, workshop facilitation, developing workforce curriculum, public speaking and content development.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts.
• Proficiency in case management practices and client assessment.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with clients to aid in overcoming barriers to employment.
• Provide consistent case management and follow-up.
• Coordinate intake and enrollment documentation with funding agencies and schools.
• Facilitate all professional development workshops.
• Maintain organized client databases and document contacts in case notes.
• Create solutions to attendance problems and support post-placement contacts.
• Assist in preparation of project reports and placement data collection.
• Collaborate with business services to align workshops with job opportunities.
• Support compliance driven standards and program operations.
