Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce development and adult education/training programs.
• Experience in employer outreach and relationship-building.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) for participant tracking and reporting.
• Coaching experience with ability to motivate and guide job seekers to goals.
• Experience with motivational interviewing (MI) frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support participants' professional development and career planning.
• Coordinate progress toward job placement and employer engagement.
• Conduct employer outreach to build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Maintain participant documentation and track outcomes in Salesforce.
• Lead and support graduate employment outcomes and career advancement.
