Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong critical thinking and time management.

Responsibilities

• Works with participants seeking economic mobility.
• Develops career plans with goals on education, training, and employment.
• Inputs career plans and data into databases and systems.
• Assists with resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Participates in community events and job fairs to share resources.
• Provides referrals to other resources and organizations.
• Facilitates workforce development classes in prisons and recovery facilities.
