You will engage with partners, attend community events, and serve as a conduit to barrier mitigation, including resume and LinkedIn guidance. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in a similar role and strong customer service.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Works with individuals seeking economic mobility.
• Develops career plans with goals around education and training.
• Inputs career plans and data into systems.
• Assists with resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles.
• Participates in community outreach and job fairs.
• Provides referrals to resources and organizations.
• Facilitates workforce development classes in prisons and recovery facilities.
