Responsibilities

• Conduct eligibility assessments and develop tailored Employment Plans.
• Connect participants to education, training, and work opportunities aligned with goals and local labor market demand.
• Partner with Third-Party Providers and community resources to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Remove barriers through supportive services like transportation and childcare and maintain compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Track participant progress and maintain precise documentation; collaborate across teams to help clients achieve meaningful job placements.

Education
