Responsibilities

• Meets with participants to identify barriers to employment and develop strategies.
• Maintains regular contact with caseload to provide guidance and referrals.
• Maintains complete and timely case notes in required systems.
• Creates and updates job seeker activities and documents them per contract deadlines.
• Facilitates and delivers job readiness curriculum to participants.
• Develops resumes and maintains roster of resumes for participants.
