Responsibilities

Build professional one-on-one relationships with clients to aid in eliminating employment obstacles, including assessment and coordination.
Provide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up.
Ensure documentation is completed and received; maintain organized client databases and notes.
Verify participant activities align with funded contracts and post-placement requirements.
Assist with attendance problem resolution and programmatic workshop offerings.
Collaborate with business services to identify available jobs and required qualifications.
