You will provide integrated workforce planning, help clients develop employment plans, coach for placement, and maintain ongoing case management while coordinating with providers. This role emphasizes equity, inclusion, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in extreme customer service or customer-facing roles.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance coverage.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers to assess service needs and employment opportunities.
• Coach customers to present themselves effectively for placement.
• Provide career advisement and develop employment/placement plans.
• Visit customers' homes, training sites, and employment sites.
• Coordinate service provider activities and maintain service plans.
• Document interactions with case notes in the system.
• Address barriers and refer to workshops and internal programs.
