Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is hiring a Career Navigator in Idabel, Oklahoma. The role reports to the Lead Career Navigator and is full-time, non-exempt, with a wage of $15.67 per hour.

You will provide integrated workforce planning services, help clients develop and implement employment plans, and coordinate with service providers to connect job seekers with opportunities. The position emphasizes extreme customer service, equitable access, and ongoing case management, including documentation

Qualifications

• Required Competencies: Customer/client focus, learning orientation, communication proficiency, teamwork orientation, technical capacity
• Skills/Abilities: Basic computer literacy including ability to use the Internet and Microsoft Office products
• Keyboarding skills mandatory

Responsibilities

• Interviews customers to assess ongoing service needs and explore employment opportunities.
• Coaches customers to present themselves effectively and obtain optimal placement.
• Provide career advisement including development of employment/placement plans and referrals.
• Performs visits to customers' homes, training providers' sites, and employment sites.
• Utilize Extreme Customer Service behaviors in all interactions with customers.
