Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions seeks a Career Planner to help employers find qualified candidates and to develop local job seekers through planning, program services and referrals.

You will conduct outreach in the community, interview customers to assess needs, and assist in developing employment plans with ongoing case management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in direct Employment Specialist/staffing, insurance, customer service, sales, and administrative work.
• Previous workforce experience and/or case management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect jobseekers with open positions and employer opportunities.
• Assist businesses in recruiting suitable candidates for their jobs.
• Conduct community outreach to identify candidates and referral sources.
• Interview customers to assess service needs and craft employment plans.
• Develop and implement individual employment plans and referrals to training or education programs.

Education:

Experience:

Minimumoftwoyears'experiencein direct Employment Specialist/staffing experience, Insurance, customer service, sales, and administrative experience.

Previousworkforce experience and/or case management experienceispreferred. Mustpossessdemonstratedproficiencywithverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsaswellasdemonstratedcustomer service skills and computer skills.
