Job summary

Ivy Tech is seeking a program and training manager to design and oversee training programs and services, coordinate with faculty, and map student experiences to work-based learning across campus sites.

The role involves collaborating with Career Link teams, expanding internships and work-and-learn opportunities, and ensuring program quality with cross-department teamwork. Travel within the service region is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of related experience in business, industry, training, or a similar field.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Design, assist in, or assign development of training, programs, and services.
• Identify, hire, and manage faculty and staff for courses and programs.
• Lead efforts to map employee programs of study to internal work and learn experiences.
• Coordinate with campus departments to ensure timely execution of programs.
