Goodwill in Savannah, GA is seeking a Career Advancement Navigator to provide intensive career coaching, case management, and workforce development services for participants advancing through credentials and education, helping them move toward better jobs and careers.

The role maintains a small caseload, develops individualized advancement plans, and collaborates with employers and educational partners to support wage growth and long-term career success.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in case management, workforce development, career coaching, or related field.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex barriers and developing individualized service or advancement plans.
• Experience facilitating workshops, coaching sessions, or workforce development activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intensive Career Coaching & Case Management: manage caseload, develop plans, provide coaching, monitor progress, address barriers, connect to resources, maintain relationships with partners.
• Associate Success Program: provide Tier 2 development and Tier 3 advancement services for internal associates, develop advancement plans, explore internal/external opportunities.
• Leadership Readiness: prepare associates for promotion-ready roles, coordinate developmental opportunities, track progress.
