• Maintain high quality customer service and store standards.
• Fluency in English required; strong communication skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations and ensure company standards are met.
• Schedule staff, monitor payroll and control expenses.
• Recruit, train and develop non-exempt Associates.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
• Represent the Ross brand with professional appearance and service.
