Job summary

Project for Pride in Living, Inc. seeks a Career and Financial Stability Coach to help community members improve financial well-being, pursue career growth, and achieve long‑term stability.

The role blends walk‑in and appointment services, connecting participants to Wells Fargo branch referrals, PPL programs, and community resources. You will provide financial coaching, career planning, and workforce development support, facilitate workshops, and manage data for grant reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience providing career services or financial coaching.
• HUD Housing Counseling Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one financial coaching and goal setting for improved financial health.
• Assist with career exploration, resume development, and job search strategies.
• Develop and facilitate money management and career readiness workshops.
• Track outcomes and ensure program compliance and reporting.
