Foundation Communities is seeking a Financial Wellness Coach for North Texas to provide individualized financial coaching, oversee program activities, and engage volunteers across North Texas. The role requires coordinating services with staff and partners, along with delivering educational workshops and maintaining participant records.

The position offers full-time employment with a salary of $55,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to impact low-income North Texas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in financial coaching, program coordination, volunteer management, community engagement, or related work.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and travel regularly throughout North Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial coaching and participant services, including budgeting, savings, and debt reduction guidance.
• Coordinate program oversight, analyze outcomes, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Develop and manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, and partnerships with community organizations.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support outreach and special projects.
