Job summary

Alliance for Community Empowerment, Inc. is seeking a Financial Wellness Case Worker to provide person-centered case management and financial wellness support across Alliance service areas.

Under supervision, you will help develop and deliver financial education, assist with resource navigation, and identify factors affecting participants’ goals. The role involves conducting assessments, coaching, referrals, and maintaining client records while ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Services, Public Health, or related field.
• Experience in community-based programs addressing social or financial stability.
• Knowledge of local community resources and eligibility programs.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with participants and partners.
• Develop and deliver financial wellness curricula and programs.
• Conduct person-centered assessments and create action plans.
