Job summary

EZCORP is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead day-to-day pawn shop operations, train staff, and promote exceptional customer service. The role offers competitive pay based on experience, a clear career path, and bonus potential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and deals for pawn items.
• Lead and coach Team Members, promoting a friendly, courteous environment.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms for pawned items.
• Open and close store procedures and supervise store operations.
• Develop others through leadership training and hands-on involvement.
