• Property & Casualty license required (will help obtain)
• Bilingual preferred (English, Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure trailing documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Greet customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
