Qualifications

• Two years of experience in career advisement and development, workshop facilitation, developing workforce curriculum, public speaking and content development.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts.
• Professional understanding of a vast array of occupations and career paths.

Responsibilities

• Build a professional one-on-one working relationship with clients to aid in eliminating challenges that hinder employment.
• Provide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up.
• Conduct new customer orientation to ensure positive outcomes and goals are met as required by contract.
• Facilitate all professional development workshops.
• Maintain organized database of clients and detailed documentation of all contacts.
• Provide individualized assessment of work and referrals to community or social service agencies when needed.
• Accurately complete required enrollment documentation and document all participant contacts in case notes.
• Create solutions to participant attendance problems and assist in preparation of project reports.
• Manage programs, including coordination of workshops, grants issuance, and collection of placement data.

Education

Bachelor's degree in education, social services, healthcare and/or communications
