Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in career advising, workforce development, or workshop facilitation.
• Strong customer service, communication (written and verbal), and public-speaking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and adaptability in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Knowledge of diverse career pathways; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong one-on-one relationships with clients to assess needs, address employment barriers, and support job placement and retention.
• Provide comprehensive case management, follow-up, and individualized support.
• Conduct customer intake, enrollment, and orientation; ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Facilitate job readiness and professional development workshops.
• Coordinate with schools, employers, account managers, and internal teams to support positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor participant progress, attendance, and follow-through on planned activities.
• Provide referrals to community and social service resources as needed.
• Manage program operations, including workshops, grants, reporting, and placement data.
• Collaborate with business services to align training with employer needs.
• Support compliance standards, reporting requirements, and operational improvements.
• Assist with center operations and other related duties as assigned.
