Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in workforce development, social services, or corrections.
• Bonus points for one year of experience in social services or corrections.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret assessments for participants.
• Deliver the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program curriculum.
• Maintain documentation of services and report monthly attendance.
• Assist with pre-release job search and hiring events.
