Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or high school diploma with two years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Experience in workforce development, social services or corrections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret assessments.
• Deliver the 100-Hour Transition Skills Program curriculum.
• Provide other programs as required by the Department.
• Document services delivered and maintain records.
• Report attendance, enrollments and completions on DC5-149 form.
• Share information on pre-release connections with community providers and employers.
• Assist Pre-Release Employment Navigators with hiring events, mock interviews and job search.
