The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent, plus two years in workforce development or corrections, with strong MS Office and data entry skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in workforce development, social services or corrections field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate employability and life skills programs.
• Administer and interpret assessments.
• Deliver Compass 100 Hybrid curriculum and related in-cell assignments.
• Coordinate pre-release connections with community providers and employers.
• Support job search, recruitment and placement activities for participants.
• Document attendance, enrollments and completions in the required format.
