Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Career Development Department and trains staff in required paperwork and program duties.
• Manages documentation for state-funded and local contracts and handles billing/collections.
• Builds relationships with third party payers, regulatory agencies, and partner organizations to ensure referrals and collaboration.
• Monitors employment plans for program participants, ensuring progress and regulatory compliance.
• Sets caseload goals and assists staff in achieving budgetary targets and staffing needs.
• Designs and evaluates quality assurance indicators for Career Development services.
• Represents Ability Beyond to participants, families, and external organizations to address issues.
• Supports pursuing new funding streams and responds to evolving program needs.
