Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and workforce development.
• Knowledge of TANF, VIEW, SNAP E&T, and supportive services.
• Familiarity with grant compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets.
• Strong communication with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment and outreach strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Build partnerships with community organizations, DSS staff, Adult Education programs, employers, and workforce agencies.
• Conduct recruitment presentations and community engagement activities.
• Assist participants in identifying career pathways, employment goals, and support resources.
• Assess, interpret, and evaluate participant data and performance measures.
• Support participant transition from training to employment; track outcomes.
