Responsibilities

• Provide academic and career counseling to a diverse community college student population.
• Register students for classes/sections and create academic plans.
• Perform degree audits and recommend substitutions or waivers when needed.
• Maintain student files and update the CRM system with outcomes and responses.
• Develop and deliver advisement programs to improve retention and success.
