Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, business, education, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university and/or Transferable skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Functions as the central focus of services to job seekers and referred customers.
• Provides eligibility determination, orientation, and assessment.
• Orients, interviews, and counsels customers.
• Provides career counseling, job development, and placement assistance to personal caseload of participants.
• Collaborates with Business Services Representative on work experience process.
• Develops the service plan and service strategy for customers.
