Job summary

Collin College is seeking a program support professional to advance Workforce and Field of Study outcomes. You will direct outreach, recruit students, provide career counseling, and assist in placing graduates in programs and careers.

You will develop strategies to help students complete programs, track progress, and coordinate with Faculty, SES, and apprenticeship teams. This role involves ongoing collaboration and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two years of related experience.
• Knowledge of post-secondary workforce education.
• Certification in relevant occupations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students by planning schedules and overcoming barriers to success.
• Maintain a student contact strategy and coordinate class visits to advise students.
• Track student outcomes and report program health to inform scheduling.
• Support enrollment, retention, and completion activities with SES.
• Develop and present workshops and career information to diverse audiences.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records per FERPA.
• Assist in program enrollment management and marketing materials.
