Qualifications

• Assists enrolled students with schedules and educational solutions.
• Audits to monitor student progress and retention.
• Maintains a student contact strategy and communication cadence.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to advise and inform students.
• Establishes tracking/reporting for students, cohorts, and program health.
• Provides feedback to supervisors and committees for scheduling decisions.
• Supports bachelor’s degree matriculation and program orientation.
• Educates and refers students to internal and external resources.
• Collaborates with SES to support enrollment, retention, and completion.
• Supports apprenticeship programs and external experiences for students.
• Develops data systems to track students by program major declarations.
• Participates in marketing program pathways to students and potential students.
• Provides career coaching and counseling to help with career goals.
• Develops and presents workshops and occupational information.
• Contributes to dual credit pathways and enrollment management.
• Attends professional development and committee activities.
• Maintains FERPA confidentiality.
