C2 Global Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Career Advisor I to provide counseling and coaching that helps customers enhance training and skillsets for employment. You will expand job opportunities using exploration strategies and support program participants through the career planning process.

The role involves assessments, referrals to training, resume support, mock interviews, and ongoing case management to help participants achieve academic and career goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of workforce development, economic development, and project management.
• Ability to use career counseling tools and job search resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse customers.
• Ability to manage caseloads and monitor progress over time.

Responsibilities

• Provide career assessments to determine interests and aptitude.
• Guide job seekers through career development and job search strategies.
• Inform participants about training opportunities and funding options.
• Prepare and submit ITA and related training requests timely.
• Maintain case notes and update MIS with accurate data.
• Develop relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Screen participants for job opportunities and refer to training.
