Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking an Employment Coach to support individuals with documented disabilities within the Group(Enclave) model of Supported employment.

You will assess skill levels, provide job coaching, develop service plans, maintain records, input data into the case management system, and collaborate with referral agencies to advance participants toward employment goals. This role requires confidentiality and adherence to funding guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a related field is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and evaluates client's skill level and support needs in a person-centered approach.
• Provides job coaching and supervises program participant work site activities.
• Develops service plans to improve work performance toward employment goals.
• Maintains rapport and communicates with referral agencies about progress.
• Partners with host department team to meet goals.
• Oversees participant time cards.
• Maintains program files per standards; documents progress and confidentiality.
• Uses case management system to input and track data.
