Job summary

C2 Global Professional Services oversees the Career Center operations and workforce programs, ensuring compliant use of resources for customers. It emphasizes staff allocation, performance analysis, and customer service excellence.

The role requires an Associate or Bachelor's- level degree and at least three years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities, with a valid driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Ability to relocate within the service delivery area.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operations of the Career Center and related workforce programs.
• Informs Manager of customer flow and recommends allocation of staff to ensure timely provision of services.
• Analyzes performance data to provide process and service delivery improvements to meet performance measures.
• Assess staff for professional development and provides training to achieve high standards of customer service.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
