Job summary

C2 Global Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Customer Solutions Facilitator to serve as the primary contact for customers entering the workforce system. You will assist jobseekers with career development activities designed to link them with employment and support self-service resources in the resource rooms.

The role involves facilitating job-readiness sessions, interviewing customers to assess needs, and collaborating with Career Center staff to improve services and meet labor market

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates job-readiness classes, workshops, or orientations to help customers improve skills.
• Interviews customers to assess employment information and career development needs.
• Educates customers on center services and job seeker tools (WIT, resume programs, workshops).
• Coordinates with Career Center staff on employer communications to meet labor market needs.
• Inputs all services into the systems in real time and ensures accuracy of applications.
