Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years experience in a career services related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and callers; provide reception services.
• Coordinate production and distribution of MailChimp emails; maintain contact lists.
• Obtain client information and track in the client management system.
• Become familiar with career center and community resources to guide clients.
• Assist clients with using resources and provide guidance for job search.
