C2 GPS in Corpus Christi, TX is hiring a Customer Solutions Facilitator to be the primary contact for customers entering the workforce system. You will lead job-readiness activities, help with career development, and guide customers to center services and tools like WorkInTexas (WIT).

Responsibilities include interviewing customers, coordinating with staff and employers, and ensuring accurate data entry in real-time. A strong emphasis on bilingual communication and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate job-readiness classes, workshops, or orientations to help customers improve job skills.
• Interview customers to record employment information and assess career development opportunities.
• Educate customers on center services and tools such as WIT and resume resources.
• Coordinate with staff and employers to improve workforce services.
• Input all services into systems in real time and ensure accurate data entry.
• Identify community resources and link customers to needed support.
• Assist customers with job readiness activities and appropriate attire.
• Support Career Center performance goals and customer follow-up.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a meaningful customer experience.
