C2 GPS Permian Basin in Midland, TX seeks a Customer Solutions Facilitator to be the primary contact for participants entering the workforce system. You will guide job seekers through career development activities and self-service resources.

Responsibilities include conducting job-readiness sessions, recording employment information, and educating clients on center tools (WIT, resume programs). Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Experience with workforce development and customer service is important.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates job-readiness classes, workshops, or orientations.
• Interviews customers to assess employment information and needs.
• Educates customers on center services and tools like WIT and resume programs.
• Coordinates with staff to meet labor market needs and improve services.
• Data enters services in real time in the required systems.
• Identifies community resources and links customers to needed support.
