C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) seeks a Customer Solutions Representative to build relationships with job seekers and connect them with workforce services. The position emphasizes responsive customer engagement across phone, virtual, and in-person channels.

The CSR focuses on assessing goals, offering referrals, and advising on local labor market resources, resume development, and interview techniques. Flexible hours and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone, virtually, or in-person to assess goals and assist job seekers transitioning to a new position.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
• Advise customers on the local job market, employment services, and resources including resume development and interview techniques.
• Develop cooperative relationships with internal teams, the public, and external partners.
• Seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
• Support Career Center goals with strong customer service and follow-up with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
