C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Facilitator to be the primary contact for customers entering the workforce system. The role focuses on guiding jobseekers through career development activities and linking them with employment opportunities in a supportive center environment.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, knowledge of workforce services, and the ability to collaborate with staff to deliver effective career support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates job-readiness classes, workshops, or orientations to help customers improve skills.
• Interview customers to assess employment information and career development needs.
• Educates customers on center services and tools (WorkInTexas, resume programs, etc.).
• Coordinate with employer communications to improve services and meet labor market needs.
