Job summary

C2 Global Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to facilitate RESEA program access and assist job seekers in transitioning to new employment. The CSR will build relationships with customers, assess goals, and provide information on workforce services and resources.

The role involves coordinating referrals, providing resume and interview guidance, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to improve service delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by telephone, virtually, or in-person to assess goals and assist job seekers transitioning to a new position.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
• Provide information on the local job market, services and resources, including resume development and interview techniques.
• Develop constructive working relationships with internal staff and external partners.
• Actively seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
