Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with professional staff required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience instructing/working with disadvantaged populations.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the career center and satellite locations.
• Develop and implement career services programs and partnerships.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Track and analyze data to drive performance and outcomes.
• Coordinate career development classes and events.
• Maintain compliance with policies and CARF standards.
